Recipe Recommendations?

I'm trying to shaken things up for my dinner this evening. I have a pork tenderloin, chicken breasts, and sirloin in the fridge as potential options, but I'm not sure what else I should make with the meat selection, and I don't have to use any of those meats if you have something else to suggest. Does anyone have any "must try" recipes that they would be willing to share? Thanks!

We have a Portuguese lady in the office that made lunch for everyone last week. Some sort of chicken dish with rice and a cream sauce made with wine and mushrooms. Not sure what it was called or what all went with it, but she served it with a couple baguettes and some butter and it was darn tasty, as well as different from the usual fare which is what I gather you are shooting for here. Maybe just flip to chicken and see what jumps out? Or any of the other meats you currently have. I say go for broke and make something wacky! Good luck, and keep us apprised of the experimentation.
