Wow,
The Fiddleback Recluse just arrive and I am quite impressed! I can be very picky-anal to a fault at times and this knife is exceptional! Here are some quick photos for reference. Without handling it much and getting a feel for it, I immediately did a slicing cut into a Basswood board as the first cut for a notch. This is not the usual result by a long shot, especially with a knife I have never handled much less used! It even feels good in my challenged left hand that I do use a lot for cutting and the left can be a deal breaker.
The sheath is quite impressive craftsmanship and quality as well. It will take me some careful time to get the Recluse inserted into it properly.
It also came with a nice gesture from KSF for waiting for delivery.
I may not be able to hold back getting a backup immediately, but I am trying.
OOPS, don't know how to post the photos, yet.
