Recognize this sheath maker?

I don't know if this is the proper forum, but I'm trying to identify the maker of this sheath. It came with a Bill pease semi-integral from the mid-80's, but he didn't who did the pouch.

It's very nicely done, with a snap loop in back, a lined pouch, and the leather scroll work looks to have been cut out and glued on. (hope the photos do it justice).

Any ideas?
