I have an old folder my mum bought me from a flea market when I was a young boy.

It resembles the Buck 110 lockback a little, and the only thing written on it is "STAINLESS CHINA" near the blade pivot. I need help recognizing this folder. I know it could be just some no-name chinese copy, but I am quite fond of it so I would want to know something about this knife. The belt clip is not original, I added it as an afterthought to make the knife easier to carry. The blade length is 75mm and OAL is 177mm.

Gotta love reflective surfaces when photographing! :D

"STAINLESS CHINA" means it is just some no-name Chinese copy. It would be difficult even to track it back to the factory that made it, probably as a run of generic folders sold through multiple outlets.

Hey, this was my first knife when I was 7 years old! Brings back memories. :D As far as I remember it was a complete POS. It's blade was as soft as cheese, it folded like a slipjoint and the "sawback" was totally useless.

iffin it weren't for the pocket clip (user mod maybe?) it looks identical to a knife I had 10 or 12 years ago, made in china for K-mart's house brand of knives.

You are all very right... I understood just ten minutes after posting that my question was utterly absurd. No one could track down a cheap copy of the world-famous 110.

Anyways, I'm thinking of buying a smaller and lighter folder for all-around cutting chores and have been looking for the S&W pocket protector. Has anyone got experiences with this knife? I kind of like the looks of it...
