Recommend a folder

OK I'm semi seriously considering a new folder. Ideal might be a Scott Cook Lochsa. Other designs I like are the Carson m16, Obenauf (don't remember model; but all titanium no holes), and Sebenza. I don't really want to pay the price that these can realistically and rightfully command right now. Any recommendations for a maker / model that is perhaps an up and comer whose value / price ratio is out of whack in favor of the consumer right now?

The Sebenza's pricing is not bad at all. I would also consider, like has been suggested Yuna & David Mosier.
 
I really don't think you'd have a problem getting an Obenauf for a cheap price. Now, whether or not you want one considering the reason...
