Hello. I'm in the market for a med- to high-quality camera bag. Duffel or 'box' shape (not backpack or floppy bag) so it can be strapped to rack on mountain bike or motorcycle. Obviously, good padding, durability, and water resistence is important.

Needs to hold:
2 SLR camera bodies
2 short lenses, each about 2"
1 zoom lens, 7-1/2"
several rolls of film
assorted filters

Any recommendations in the $100-$200 price range?

Yeah, I've looking at Tamrac and Lowepro. There are no local dealers though, so I'm having a hard time 'shopping' for a specific bag model. Would be nice if I could haul my gear into a camera shop and fit bags that way...

I'm also a fan of RoadWired products (bought my wife a PodZilla). They don't have anything that suits me, but you might give them a look too.

Thanks,
-Bob

I would recommend you look at the lowepro bags too. I only have a lowepro backpack so I cant recommend any specific model that meets your needs, but the backpack is certainly well made.

Some Lowepro models are 'AW' or all weather, they have a waterproof cover that folds out to cover the bag and provide extra protection against water (doesnt make them submersion proof however!)

I`m using a Tamrac Zoom16. It won`t fill your needs, but I can vouch for the quality.
