I'm interested in getting a karambit
I want fixed, not a folder
i want a strait blade, thats more EDC friendly, not something with a recurve
like a tanto, bowie, spear ....etc would be good
blade length of less than 4"

and if it comes with a kydex sheath, even better

Recommendations anyone?

Emerson offers their more conventional blade shapes in a linerlock karambit folder format. If you want a fixed blade though, you may have to go custom.

terrible idea. you'll find the karambit useless for everything except an oversized box cutter.

get a recuve or wharncliff blade instead.

I think Steve Tarani would disagree, and I think he would be right.

I can't think of a better choice than Rob Simonich's Crowfoot:

I think we may have a winner

ok those are nice, but i don't really consider those mainstream karambits

when i think karambit i think spyderco or emerson, with a very curved blade.
