Recommend me a kydex maker?

I have read through the master list but without any knowledge of the makers, their pricing, or turn around time, I figured I would make a direct thread.

I want a kydex or concealex neck sheath made for the knife pictured below. I want it to be similar to the two other sheaths posted.

This knife:

With holes 1.5" apart so I could carry it on my belt like RAT's sheath, or around my neck with the two top holes:

Thy River City Sheaths. Mike made me an awesome neck sheath for my Spyderco Folder and it works great. Check out rivercitysheaths online.

There are several Kydex benders that frequent Bladeforums.

Check out Dave Brown, Okuden, and Normark. They all do excellent work and are great guys. Each one of them has their own style and methods so you can choose which of their work you like the best.

TFin04, every one of the makers listed would go above and beyond to make you what you want. :)
