Recommend me a manuel folder

I have a few traditional knives already so I'm looking for another knife a little more heavy duty like a kershaw blur without the assisted opening or a buck vantage without the flipper. Is this possible or do most of the knives like a kershaw, benchmade, or zt, come with assisted opening?

All kinds of Benchmade knives with thumb studs which are not assisted opening. Same for Spyderco except with the Spyderco hole vs the thumb stud. I personally like the Benchmade 940, the Benchmade Rift and the Spyderco Manix 2.

There are a lot of non-assisted folders.
You can remove the torsion bar(assisted opening mechanism) from the Blur, it makes a great manual folder.
The Buck Vantage isn't assisted, it just has a flipper for easy opening.

Some others from the makers you mentioned are:
Kershaw Skyline
Kershaw JYD 2
Kershaw Speedform 2
Benchmade 940
Benchmade 950 Rift
Benchmade 275 ADAMAS
Benchmade 810 Contego
Actually, a good majority of Benchmade knives are non-assisted.
ZT 0200
ZT 0550/1
ZT 0560/1
ZT 0350 - You can take the torsion bar out and it makes a great manual flipper.
ZT 0700

Also take a good look at Spyderco - They don't have any assisted knives.

thanks, i'll take a look at these.

Any budget limitations? The EX-01 is a rock solid choice, but the Manix 2 runs quite a bit less. The Yojimbo 2 is a great work knife and tough as nails or you could grab a Benchmade Rift.

^^ In that case, get the Spyderco Manix 2.
Get the G-10 s30v one.

Can't beat it for the money.

Or if you're okay with something smaller but a tank... Boker Albatros. Has to be my favorite mini tank.
