Recommend Me a Tanto and a Horizontal Sheath.

I am in the process of putting together a knife for a friend complete with engraving, custom leather horizontal sheath and new handle.

I have now fallen in love with the horizontal sheath and want one for myself. I have a SOG Tsunami and a Cold Steel Kobun. Since the SOG Tsunami has a crappy sheath, I would really like to get a leather horizontal sheath made for it. That being said, I have not seen anyone that makes one, or at least that I have been able to find. Can anyone recommend a sheathmaker that could make me one, or failing that, recommend me a different tanto and horizontal sheath combo?

I can't think of any that come that way aside from fixed blades supplied with sheaths that have a tek-lok, but you can use some cord with any sheath that has at least one hole/loop by the handle and one by the tip to attach the knife at whatever angle on pants, pack, vest, etc. Have carried a Ka-bar Fighting/Utility with basic leather sheath horizontal, diagonally, and upside down doing that. Super secure running around, getting in and out of trucks, hiking, etc.
