Alright, I know at least a few of you have to have some experience with this. 😂

I am looking to order a decent quality tablecloth with my logo on it to take to shows. Years ago I purchased a cheap DTF printed tablecloth for an event and the graphic was peeling before I even had a chance to use it.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a nice quality, not too experience custom tablecloth service?

Thanks!

Maybe look at brandedcanopytents
Die sublimated stretch polyester

Reviews look solid, and dye sublimated poly should be a lot better than DTF, thanks! I think I might go that route.

So like a full over the table job?
Sort of like this?

Yep just like that. Although I'll probably go with an unfitted tablecloth so I can use it on odd shaped tables.

Speaking of that, I wonder what the most common table size is for shows...? I feel like I remember eight foot tables being the norm, rather than six foot tables.

how about going to a fabric store? Lots of choices and probably some unique and/or high quality options for fabric, just bust out the sharpie and scribble your logo on

I have the stretchy table covers for parties in the yard and deck.

For knife shows, I bought two bolts of cloth for my tables. One has pocketknives all over it and the other is a Victorian pattern with boarders on both sides. I have as many as five tables sometimes. I just pull it down all the tables as one piece. At night I use the rest to cover the tables and display. The plus is the it fits any size table/tables and the excess hangs down to cover the front of the table leaving the back open to slide the bins and stuff under the tables.

At night I use the rest to cob=ver the tables.

I don't have a recommendation for ya as we do it differently but I would vote strongly for the versatility mentioned. Seems like always reconfiguring things for the situation. We use a brown vinyl as were often outside and have to wipe it down for dust. But for Id we've got a banner:

Seems like every time we set up we're doing it different so that versatility really comes in.

I ended up going with a waterproof/stain resistant, polyester table cover that is dye sublimated. I ended up going through a different company with good reviews because they had a more reasonable rush option... And because I was able to order a convertible cover that fits both eight foot tables, and six foot tables. If I'm ever able to take advantage of multiple tables, I'll likely go the route that Stacy and Dave take. I like the idea of a more universal tablecloth/fabric, with a banner.

I appreciate the help!

I'm actually getting a free 4' x 2.5' polyester banner for putting in my first order. :)

Table cover should be here tomorrow. :)

I had a little change in the design. The texture part of the .ai image I sent them wasn't high enough of a resolution, and likely would have looked pixelated. So black and white (without a Micarta texture) it is!

This was the original design.

And this is what I switched to. I think I actually l like the more basic look more anyways.

And a render of the freebie banner they threw in.

Order came in a day early! You'll have to excuse the poor quality, hasty photos, lol. My table is all packed up and I don't plan on digging it out until later this month. 😂

I am absolutely STOKED with the quality of the table cover, and the banner! For $200 total (after $30+ rush shipping) I don't think I could have asked for anything better. I wasn't expecting the freebie polyester banner to look so dang good. I think I'm going to order a vinyl banner at some point so I can use it at outdoor shows. :)
