Recommendation for a Fishing Knife

I'm looking for a good general purpose fish cleaning knife. In the past I have used the relatively cheap knives from the fishing section in discount stores, however, they need to be sharpened frequently and usually don't hold up. It probably doesn't matter whether it is a fixed blade or a lock back since I will keep it in my tackle box. I know that Spyderco and Buck make specialty fishing knives, but I don't have any experience with them. Any recommendations would be appreciated. By the way the knife does not have to be a designated fishing knife. Any knife that gets the job done is up for consideration. Thanks.:)

Melvin Dunn makes one hell of a knife for the money. If you are looking for something other than a filet knife, look at his Sliver model.

Rob,

Thanks for the link. Definitely worth checking out. Great looking knives at mind boggling prices. Might have to try one out (or two, or three)
