I'm looking to a very cool lanyard for my TGLB. I want one of the Paracord ones that look like a finger guard.

Who do you hogs trust to make that kinda stuff?

Pictures of anything of that sort that you have would be a bonus

Its easy to do yourself, or have someone make it for you:

I agree with DIY, though i've seen really good professional stuff for which i probably don't have the patience to create. If that tickles your fancy, just do a couple of bing searches (stopped using google when they blocked firearms from their shopping searches).

You can see my little oopsies, and the simplicity of the weave, but it doesn't really matter to me. It's fun, practical, and a good survival skill.

Yep make your own (this is a triple cobra on a B11)

Or look at the many lanyard posts already made

Imma hijack this thread a bit :D

Looking to see if any of you have any nice recommendations for a slightly more stylish lanyard than just threading some cord through the holes. I want something nice to wrap around my hand that looks decent when it's hanging by itself as well.

Any ideas? :D

Ps. It's for a Zilla, so you better not disappoint :grumpy: You never know what Zilla might do...

What is that bicycle chain link looking thing that you used to attach the D guard in that picture?

Would you believe...

A bicycle chain link? ;)

Seriously, ACE hardware (or any good hardware store) has replacement links for about a buck and a half. They have a sliding spring clip on one side, too. easy enough to lock on.

i don't know the sizes, the smaller one i believe is a number 40, but the larger one, not sure.

well ain't that just too easy... i like that look. has a certain rugged simplicity to it :P

It is cool, it also makes it easy if you want to move your paracord from one Busse to the next (within reason). I made this one for my CGFBM, but since my black paper handled TGLB looked so good with it...

Or maybe you just want to dress it up with bright colors for a social event, put some red-white-blue on it for forth of july parades, or just take it off so that it doesn't stand out. I mean really, who doesn't like to dress up their Mistresses and take them out on the town once in a while :D

Seriously, i've been wanting to redo my CGFBM lanyard guard, which is tied directly to the knife, and every time i think about 1) unwrapping it, 2) cutting it off, i end up, 3) leaving it the way it is ;)

added to post: Forgot to mention, i did this black one specifically to make it a little longer, so that i could move my hand back for more leverage chopping and have the lanyard help secure it. The one currently on my CGFBM doesn't allow that. It makes things more flexible.
