Recommendation need for good San Francinsco knife shop

Making a business trip over from the UK and will be in San Francisco for a few days. Can anyone recommend a good knife shop/s.?

I'm not sure what your timing is like, Ed, but you're going to be an overnight trip away from one of the best custom knife shops on Planet Earth . . . Nordic Knives in Solvang. Solvang is too far to go for a day trip, so you'd have to spend the night there. But it's a lovely community and if you're into custom knives, Nordic Knives is THE place to visit. Just bear in mind that they're closed on weekends. And if you do decide to visit them, bring LOTS of money and a mop to wipe up the drool.

Don't bother with Amorgeddon, they closed down a few weeks ago, castello gun shop has about a billion knives to choose from, even inside the gun vault there are knives, really nice owner too. Keep in mind San Francisco has 3in blade limit tho.
