recommendation or EDC

I am looking for a deep pocket carry, wire clip, preferably foliage green spyderco. I know that narrows it down quite a bit, but what do you recommend? I was thinking the FG UKPK, does anyone have an opinion?
 
The UKPK, is a great edc carry. In foliage green, you have two choices of blade styles, leaf and a drop point. I carry the drop point the most,it's blade shape is similar to that of the Stretch.

Well, the UKPK seems to be the only one that fits your requirements except for the Urban. I have a UKPK and love it, but you might want to take a look at the Urban if you want a smaller folder.
 
You've effectively eliminated pretty much everything except the UKPKs and Urban. G-10 Dragonfly would probably not qualify as "deep carry", G-10 Caly 3 doesn't come in fungus green, G-10 Poliwog misses on both counts.

So, given those limitations, I'd say the new UKPKDP would be the one to go with.

Ya I think i'm about to pull the trigger on getting a ukpk. I'm still open to the stretch, and the leafstorm. Idk, there's so many different models out there i'm at a point to where its difficult choosing lol.

lol it's a bugger for sure, If it's any help I use my FRN Stretch, when I go downtown. Then when I go uptown, I carry the UKPK :p

I think I've decided to stick with my d2 para for my main EDC for right now. Everytime I pick up that beautiful knife I can't put it down :)
 
I've noticed on the Sage2 that the little bit that shows is very handy to pry the knife out of your pocket.
 
The Sage II is a nice knife, but sitting at about $175 depending on where you go it's pricey.

The DP UKPK would be the only one I could think of other then the Urban.
 
I must have gotten the black market version. It was a lot less.

I'd check more websites. ;)

lol, I wanted to suggest a para but didn't for lack of a wire clip. I also love my d2 para, seems to have a following here on BF.

but I have been eying the soon to be released FG G10 dragonfly... but am also waiting to see a new military or para.... too many good knives
 
I hope the new para gets the wire clip. But apart from the slipits, the new dragonfly should have a wireclip and fg g10 as well.
 
The UKPK is great. You can't go wrong with ANY spyderco that's G10 and a wire lowriding clip, they're all great.
