The spyderco southard if you want a flipper.

But is not made in USA..

ZT 0562 ticks every box. It's not out yet though, and isn't likely to be for at least a couple more months.

Have you considered the 0566? It's assisted, which turns some people off, but it's a great knife.

I was looking on blade hq at this knife, why does the non cf version have elmax but the cf version has m390?

The CF version is supposed to be the "upgraded materials" version. Both in handle material and blade material.

My wife bought me a BM first run 300 AXIS Flipper a couple years ago and I love it. When I'm home on vacation it's typically the one I grab first for average EDC. There's a pile to choose from and each has it's likes / benefits but the 300 is a no brainer do all flipper for me. I know it's not the s30v you were asking for but the 154CM is no slouch for the money.........

Seriously, within the last ten days you have 3 threads asking the same question. If you didn't take anything from those threads what makes you think we can help you at all?

I would say the ZT 0550 0566 0801. All fit you requirements but they have all been suggested multiple times before....

TheGrailKnife, there is no Grail Knife.

You can ask the questions over and over again and never get consensus, let alone something that would work for you.

Buy some knives that appeal to you and try them for yourself, that's the only way to find the one for you.

The torsion bar on the 0566 can be easily removed to make a great manual folder. Equates to a much better knife in my opinion.

Buck 830 marksman
3.5" blade
154cm
Flipper
Good grip
Made in USA
Plus very strong lock "fixed blade strong" and it's cheap

I recommend Mora of Sweden Classic #1. Great price for the quality. Or how about an Opinel? Sharp as a thistle! Or, depending on the circumstances, you might consider an Estwing Sportsman's Axe. Dependable and versatile!

Yes, the Brad Southard. I've had two. The blade is 204P which is MUCH better than S30V.
No, the knife is not made here, but the Spyderco company is in Golden, Colorado. They have a company in Taiwan that does some of their models. The workmanship there is as good or better than any other of their locations. Spyderco is my go-to company. I love 'em. I gift 'em to relatives. Cannot be beat, in my opinion.
