I don't know the RBS, but having owned the BK-2 and the USMC I'd say neither. It's very hard to compare the last two, as the BK-2 is a huge thick slab of steel and heavy as all get out, while the USMC is much lighter, slimmer, and longer. Similarly, the BK-2 is designed to tear down buildings while the USMC is primarily a fighting knife, although of course it has a distinguished legacy of doing all sorts of other tasks as well.
To be honest though, for a 'survival' situation, I think there are better options these days, such as the Becker BK-7/15/16/17, ESEE-4, Fallkniven F1/S1, a number of knives from Bark River, as well as others.
