I'm looking to add some mid tier folders. I've got CRK, Spartan, Arno Bernard, & Medford. I'm looking at adding a Les George & a Rockstead Hizen, but what else should I consider?

If Rockstead is in range. I'll pitch in for Holt. They do it all well and look great doing it. Both the full flat and hollow grind are exceptional.

I don't know what that reflection in the blade is. I swear it's not what it looks like. lmao!

You’ve got to have a Hinderer in the lineup. So many flavors and they are much easier to get now than they were in the past. Also a lot of ways to dress them up.

There is something to be said for a nice XM-18 3.5” being the ideal midrange “hard-use” folder… but for my personal use, this has been my favorite:

This is the MachineWise Sonora. Made in Phoenix, AZ, this is a textured, contoured integral button lock with a 3.35” blade that weighs 3.5 ounces and has 3.5” of cutting edge. Magnacut blade at 63 HRC, ground really thin on the belly from .120” bladestock. Action is incredibly smooth on a balisong style bushing pivot. Near-mirror stonewash on the blade.

This is an incredibly practical and incredibly functional folder that I absolutely carry and use.

What’s the downside? Price ($600+), and availability. Currently you have to fish for drops. I got mine in the preorder.

Cheburkov, Biryukov, R&H Tasca 2, Seamus knives, Olamic...all above mentioned as well.

So after looking more I've removed Les George and Rockstead from the list. Going thru all this, I already know most and have ruled them out, however this post intrigued me a bit. Olamic has been on my radar for a long time, but nothing has really completely spoken to me yet. I do think I'll get one eventually though. I'll have a look at the others now, thanks for the suggestions. I've seen the Cheburkov a few times, and there's a little one I really liked. Gotta check them out again.

Damn, really not liking anything so far. Thanks for the suggestions regardless guys. I might make a move on an Olamic, but the rest falls very flat with me. Really wish one could actually get a Rosie or Uncovsky the way normal things are purchased. I refuse to play these "lottery" games. It's no prize to pay such an exorbitant amount of money for something that does the same thing a $12 Ozark Trail can do.
