I've had my zt 0350 for over a week now, and I really like the knife. While at work showing it to friends I was presented with a trade offer. A Tops/ Buck CSAR-T that he said was like new.
Not familiar with the knife I researched it online and does it ever look tough it really grabs my eye. Now I havnt handled it or seen it other then pictures online. But I'm intrigued. So should I jump on it or stay with what I have?

you're asking if you should trade a $160.00 knife made from s30v for an $80 knife that is made of ATS-34 which is about half as tough?

um... no?

stick with what you have... i flipped a csar-t not too long ago, its a great knife but doesnt compare with the 0350 as a practical edc blade. its way to chunky, handle it first if given the opportunity and youll understand. love the spanto on it though :)

Keep The 0350.
Seriously.
Zero Tolerance Knives Are Amazing And While You May Like The CSART You Probably Won't Like It As Much As The ZT 0350.
The CSART Is Huge And Bulky And Probably Too Much For Plain EDC.

You'll End Up Missing The ZT 0350 And You'll Buy Another Eventually And Carry That And Not Your CSART.

So I Say Just Keep What You Have.

I have two of the Buck CSAR-T knives. As mentioned by others, it is a beast of a knife. More so than the ZT 350. But, for EDC, go with the ZT. Less weight to carry (5.8 oz vs 8.6 oz), slimmer package, speed assist opening. The ZT has a blade thickness of 3 mm, while the CSAR-T blade is 4.5 mm thick. The Buck comes with a nice sheath and has a built in 1/4" bit driver, if that is important to you. Also, by design, the Buck pretty much requires two hands to unlock, unless you have a bionic thumb :) It locks up hard and tight.

Thanks for the replies and info. I will be keeping my zt...Maybe the CSAR-T will be future purchase cause that thing does look sweet.
