Recommendations?

Looking for a small, short, cheap, EDC, utility knife. Maybe a neck knife.

Any suggestions?

If not a necker, any number of the smaller Spyderco's, depending how small you really need.

If you don't need a lock or one hand opening then try one of the Case sod busters, US20 at Lowe's last I checked.

id look for one of the buck access series, there great knives for the price, around 25$, the larger ones around 3'' and partially serrated, has a nice blade shape, good fit and finish, a thumb stud and is a lockback, iv had one for about a year and a half and it is in heavy rotation in my secondary knife group.
