Recommended 940-1 deep pocket clip

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get a deep pocket clip for my 940-1 that's coming in the mail? Which is the recommended and where should I get it? Hope I'm in the right place to ask this.:confused:
 
I was just sent one directly from Benchmade. It was as simple as calling their customer service number. The rep got my address, asked what color clip to send and I told her I needed a deep carry clip. A week later, it was in my mailbox.

If you prefer different styles, there is a good array available on the 'bay. Just search for Benchmade 940 clip.
 
They sent me a free deep clip too for my 940. Even if you had to pay, it would be minimal and well worth it.
 
Clips, are at this point, free for the asking. When ordering one (or two...) always let them know which knife the clip is for, because they will send the correct screw sets. The Customer Service number is: 800-800-7427.

That's pretty awesome. I'm liking Benchmade already. My first high price knife from Benchmade. I'm so excited

Enjoy the ride and welcome from another enthusiast. Benchmade's had their ups and downs (just like you and me...) but their customer service tops many lists. Always mention the knife in question if you ask for a replacement clip, as the screws usually included. some of these if too long, can scratch a perfectly good blade. 'Stream', if you're in the Islands, you're up pretty early! :)
 
yep call benchmade and hope you get one, i been waiting on one that was supposed to be free of charge. maybe i should call again since it was 2 months ago...:confused:
 
Or maybe it got lost in the mail. I've ordered several clips over the years and always received them in a couple of weeks. Just call back and tell them you never got it, they'll send you another one.
 
I got one recently. It took a few days but I am in Canada. Best customer service that I have ever heard of.

Was it the Benchmade Contega clip? Don't know which clip to ask for to put on this 940-1

Give BM customer service a call. They're very knowledgeable and helpful. They'll help you figure it out. That's my advice.
