Recommended folder and fixed blade for very wet situations?

What knives would you guys recommend for use in a situation involving lots of water, such as rescuing someone in the open salt water, fresh water river, or a really heavy flood in the city?

I know the best knife for an emergency is the one you carry, but if you know that you will be in a situation such as being sent into a flooded city for rescue, what knife would you take along?

If you’re worried about rust you’ll have a tough time beating any knife in H1.
Check out the Aqua Salt fix blade and maybe the Pacific Salt folder.

Aqua Salt for sure. Maybe a PE Aqua Salt and a SE Pacific Salt or Tasman Salt as my folder backup.
