Recommended "knife pimpers"? And costs?

WARNING! Many noobish questions ahead! xD

I'm considering sending one of my knives off to get pimped but I'm wondering... who would be a reliable and trustworthy "pimper"? And also (if you're a pimper yourself) how much would YOU charge to shape some scales and install them if the scales were shipped with the knife? Would it depend on what kind of material you're shaping?

P.S. I apologize if something like this has already been covered, but I couldn't find anything that satisfied my curiosity.
 
Before someone yells at you for asking about prices (looks like I just did), my best tip is to head over to YouTube. Some very famous "pimpers" show their custom work. You can also check out the exchange, many BladeForums members sell services there.
