Recon mini Spear or Clip point?

Hi I'm looking to pick up one of the new cts-xhp mini recon which would you guys recommend the clip point or the spear point. Just going to be used as an edc not a big fan of the tanto thanks
 
Which looks better to you? I like clip points, some people like spear points, there's no difference that I can see in cutting performance.
 
I usually go for clip, but I like the Mini with a spear, just ordered the new Mini Recon 1 in XHP with a spear, can wait till it arrives.
 
The Spear Point has the stronger tip. The Clip is better if you think you need finer work or piercing. I normally go for the clip. My Mini is in Clip Point, for example.
 
Thanks I went with the spear point, I always liked the triad lock but the blade steel and coating didn't do it for me. It's about time that lock received a blade worthy of it.
