I finished this one up on Friday night. We'll call it a Recurve Fighter. ;)

This was meant to be a more fightery (that's a word right?) version of my PREVIOUS KNIFE. I went with a more ergonomic guard, and simplified the handle to allow for multiple grips. This was my first hidden-tang in G10, and it worked out very well.

Some Stats:
Length: 12-5/8"
Blade: 7" (Tip to choil), 0.24" thick at the guard
Weight: 381g (0.84lbs)
Steel: Differentially Heat-Treated W2
Handle: G10 w/ domed Mild Steel pin
Fittings: Mild Steel with Red G10 Spacer

I suppose that I still need to do a sheath. :( ;)

EDIT: Updated with Sheath photo.

I enjoyed seeing this at the seattle show when I introduced myself and asked erin if he had brought anything and he graciously allowed me to handle this knife. Felt great in hand and fit and finish was top notch. Chris Roberts

Thanks for the kind words Chris. It was great to meet you. I was just checking out the grinder thread you mentioned. Very cool.

Thanks Michael. I haven't forgotten that I owe you a little chef's knife. ;)
