Recurve sharpening?

Just like you would with any knife. Just be aware and pay attention when going around the recurve of the blade. The Blur does not have an excessive recurve, so it should be fairly straight forward. Go slow and use light pressure.

Hate recurves for sharpening. The worst offenders are the very slight recurves that isn't noticed right away. But you shouldn't have much trouble with that setup. Your just lucky you have that Alinger and not a benchstone!
