Hi guys,
Here I show you this knife that I just finished.
The San Mai is 420 and 1095, the blade is 12 'and the handle is Urunday.
Best regards.
Claudio

A real stunner Claudio! Gorgeous wood handle! You appear to be very busy these days... Thank you for taking the time to post!

my ONLY problem with this knife, (based only upon your pictures) is the apparent angularity/sharpness of the shaping of the palm swell.
Other than that, this knife is killer.

I love it!! Mind PM'g me if this one has an owner, or price to get one like this made? She's a beauty for a chopper!!!

Thank you very much for the comments.

Lorien, you mean the type of bevel?
It is slightly convex.

hey there Claudio, I was referring to the handle- the thick part in the middle that rests in the palm of your hand. When using the knife for awhile, it seems to me that the abrupt ridge would cause blisters on the palm. If I had any say in it, I'd smooth that ridge a fair amount- it wouldn't look as dramatic, but I think it might make for a more comfortable handle.

I think you might have to send me the knife so I can test my theory;):D
