Recycling usernames?

Is there a recycle date for members who have been inactive for long time? I'd like to change my user name but the one I want is taken by someone who has was last active over a decade ago. I'm guessing the answer is no but I figured I'd at least ask.

well,actually it isn't that good of an idea if you think about it.
and i thought about it a little while.
then i deleted it,but somehow quotes are gonna get me into
trouble with the man.
this has been one bad day for me.
first a trade gone wrong,then a stupid reply.
theres more,but i really don't want to get into that.
the only name i can think of now is footinthamouth.
that one is kinda hard to remember the spelling of if
you don't write it down though.
like footinthemouth,or footinmymouth:foot:,or footupmy well you
get the point.
after all is said and done.

Crap happens and an apology for being an anus is certainly better than sticking to it and going out in flames. As far as the quotes, they don't really matter. Mods can see the edit history of every post, so there's no real washing away of a typo let alone a rant, and JAB deleting the quotes won't change that.

That said, I don't think Sparkles is gonna fret too much over someone getting peeved and typing something stupid if they've already apologized for it.
