I love my silver alox Farmer and the red one I ordered will be a safe queen, at least for a while, but I do love the combination of a very visible red and nice sturdy alox scales!

I ordered 5 of them myself, as well as 10 Blue Farmers! I have a recently found Alox addiction.

I have a red farmer, and have one on the way. The new one will be a back-up.
It's a classy yet still outdoorsy solid knife.

mine rode in my pocket as an EDC for nearly a year before being replaced by a Stayglow huntsman
i still grab it if im going out into the countryside rather than staying in the city though

Does Victorinox still make red Alox models like the Farmer and the Pioneer? I haven't seen any advertised for several years, but maybe I'm not looking in the right places. And are they making blue Alox handles now? I'd like to know your sources for both colors if you don't mind. Thanks.

were did you get these nice knives?

It seems I violated a rule BladeForums has against "deal spotting," for which I apologize. I suggest you fellows visit the Secret Order of the SAK sub-forum at KnifeForums and you can find out more information about red and blue alox Farmers.

Victorinox has come out with several different colored Cadets this year as special run. Also Red and Blue Alox Farmers, also special run. They don't produce them as normal production catalog items.
