Red dot sights, good opinions sought

My brother and I be wanting to get a red dot sigh for our Neo. I looked up Bushnell and Tasco but they were both a bit expensive for 2 students.:(

So I was wondering if you guys would share you wisdom and recomend some good ones.

Something similar to the Bushnell HOLOsight is what we were looking for. Since its price tag was a bit much I was wondering if there were some other brands out there.

The only other holographic sight, is the EOTech line (EOTech makes Bushnell's sights), but they are even more expensive than the Bushnell models.

If you can set a price range, it might help obtain more useful responses.

I have a Leupold/Gilmore mounted on my .22 target pistol and love it....they are however...not cheap....
 
Not sure what a Neo is, But if its for a pistol I would recommend a diffrent approch. I had a Colt King Cobra with a 8" barrel I was going to use for hunting and wanted to put a Aimpoint on it. When I went to the gun shop, I came home with the best pistol scope I think they make IMO. A Tompson recoiless scope with illuminating Cross hairs. Take a look at them once, They are some great scopes. Just my .02!
 
Sorry, forgot about that price range thing. Any way we was looken to spend $200 or less. Hopefully less, I mean, the darn gun was only $200!

Oh yeah, a Neos is Beretta's new .22 pistol, pretty sweet.
