Any thoughts on the Benchmade BM-140HS (NIMRAVUS)?

Just found a good deal, and was wondering if anyone had any red flags to point out.

The only problem I have ever heard concerning the Benchmade 140HS is you will get bit with the highly addictive Benchmade virus! You just won't be able to stop at one knife from Benchmade. :D Other than that, go ahead and get the Nim.
 
I haven't owned a BM, but from what I hear, they're top-of-the-line, but It almost seems a waste of such quality and acuracy in a fixed-blade, seeing as how folders are more complicaed, and thus require more precision to work well. But I'm looking forward to being bit by the bug, (my wallet's not, though;)) and I am pretty sure I won't be dissipointed. Oh, does anyone know if I can get it for less than $119.95?
