Any thoughts on the Benchmade BM-140HS (NIMRAVUS)?

Just found a good deal, and was wondering if anyone had any red flags to point out.

The only problem I have ever heard concerning the Benchmade 140HS is you will get bit with the highly addictive Benchmade virus! You just won't be able to stop at one knife from Benchmade. Other than that, go ahead and get the Nim.

I haven't owned a BM, but from what I hear, they're top-of-the-line, but It almost seems a waste of such quality and acuracy in a fixed-blade, seeing as how folders are more complicaed, and thus require more precision to work well. But I'm looking forward to being bit by the bug, (my wallet's not, though) and I am pretty sure I won't be dissipointed. Oh, does anyone know if I can get it for less than $119.95?
