Hey guys,
It was cool picking up the Red Snap-On Groove last week, but I couldn't leave it alone;) I spent some time with the Sharpmaker and a strop today and polished up the edge. The hairs now jump off my arm in fear before the blade even hits 'em!!:D

My photog skills aren't aren't like Kneedeep's, so trust me, it looks even shinier in person.:o

That looks amazing dude. I keep getting so close to buying a Groove, but I just think about how much "gunk" I get on plain blades that gives me fits cleaning...how hard is it to keep all the grooves clean if you actually use one?

Looking good, Jon! I guess that I am going to ambush our local Snap-On van. :)

Local knife shop guy showed me how well WD-40 cleaned the other day...never thought about using oil as a cleaner...works really well.

It's not that bad at all J. I just use a cloth with whatever cleaner I'm using at the moment and pinch the blade at the spine with the cloth between my fingers and the blade then swipe the cloth toward the blade edge and it wipes the grooves clean in a jiffy.

Nice edge there J-Mac!!

J-Curd, you haven't got in the Groove yet?? Dude, you're missing out
on one sweet blade and the action is as smooth as budda.
A very fine knife for sure.
