Red lock tight screw removal

what is best way to attack? Have seen videos of people heating up screws with a soldering iron. Does this work well?

As long as you're not melting anything like the scales.

As you know if it has red loctite then you will need some heat. I am not really sure why anyone would use red as blue would do the job and not require the heat to remove.
