Here is a knife that I put a belt finish on, don't do a lot of them this way, but I do a few.

If that thing was any prettier, I'd marry it! It looks super-clean and the red micarta just sets it off. Belt finish or no, I really like it.

No - pretty much same plunge lines, just showing the new stamp with USA. Used the old one up, had to get a new one.
