On the way back from Zion we stopped in Nevada to see Red Rock Canyon. It was very...red! The pictureas say it all.

Very nice rock formations Bear. Utah is been on my wish list to visit for a long time, just never got around to it. The only thing I tend to miss when I'm way out west is the lakes. No lakes out there, just rivers. Still, the landscape is pretty fantastic.
 
I like the big hole in the rock. Reminds me of an armadillo for some reason. Cool pics :thumbup:
 
I bet you drove right past The Valley Of Fire and didn't go didn't you. If so I recommend going especially at sunrise or sunset. All that red rock really does look as if it is on fire.
