You are on your own when it comes to buying that one!!! I have spent enough on Emerson over the past year. I hope you are able to make the purchase. WE all know that you have been wanting that special red 7.

I know where you're getting the red 7. I'm thinking about the tan one but, I want to know for the $$$ what's the differance between these and and regular production besides scale color?

Apparently, these "Limited" Emersons are a hot ticket. I do not think there is a difference between these and the standard Emerson knives though. I could be wrong.

Handle color is the only difference. You just never know when or if those models will ever be available with those handle colors again. So......that tends to drive up secondary market pricing. The Christmas knives seem to change with each passing year and what was produced one year rarely seems to ever surface again.

I got it from a Broh. He scored some Emerson Christmas CQC7's and decided to sell them. He gave me first right of refusal on the Red7... what a Gent. :)
