Just saw an article that the SOCP folder has been completed with the new redesign.

Black molded CF scales and AXIS lock.

Also hinted of a red blade trainer folder as well.

I have the first production run. Might have to get this version.
 
I wish they kept the G10 handles instead of going to the CF-elite, I'm not a huge fan of plastic handles. G10 would have made this a must-buy for me, with the plastic, it's more of a maybe.

I was hoping for the G10 as well
 
I just ordered one. Does anyone have theirs yet? I guess I didn’t realize it wasn’t g10 or G10 laminate. Has anyone handled this CF elite material?
 
I just got mine today. It's actually pretty awesome. I was slightly bummed when I realized it wasn't g10 but did not cancel my order. The cf elite is pretty similar. Feels nice in hand. Long and capable blade. I am surprised with it and like it. Lockup is solid, centered, and overall a nice knife. Just figured I'd let you guys know. I'd recommend it.
