redundant email notification

Seems like since the thread email notification's been fixed I get 3 emails for the price of one, now is it you,(BFC) or is it me?

Anyone else with this problem?

I'm gonna change the message rules for my Outlook Office and see if that's the problem, I'll let ya know, hey maybe it stutters.
