A quick Bing search and I say YES!

The problem with redwood burl is that it can have soft spots even when stabilized. Just a head up.

The thing looks about 3 feet long? I'll bet you can get plenty out of it. Have you seen it in person?

Be careful. There are a lot of different grains in redwood burl. That looks like a grain burl to me, so you probably won't be getting those dense eyes you get in lace redwood.

For 100 it's probably worth a try, but don't expect super top grade burl.

I would probably take the gamble for 100 bucks if its not punky
Punky can be an issue. So can weird reactions to the stabilizing solution where you get a color you really don't like. This handle had a punky spot that you can see that had to be "reinforced" with super glue. It is behind the pin down where the butt curves out. Fortunately, it was away from the axis of the tang.
