Refinish Shun Knives

Thomas, I have a Shun Classic 3.5" Paring knife. Through use the Damascus pattern has dulled quite a bit, can I send that in to be re-etched? Is so, will be be almost (or as good as) new appearance?

Also, the very tip (approx 1/16") is ever so slightly bent (have to look very close to see it) can this be remedied at all?

I know, I'm anal about the condition of my knives.... I look at it like - If I didn't care I wouldn't be buying the best in the first place.
