Refinishing a Satin CGG

CRK Brothers and Sisters,

I have a small Native American regular and while I love the graphics, I am not a huge fan of the satin finish. Has anyone ever refinished a satin Seb by beadblasting, sandblasting, stonewashing, etc? Being a CGG I am curious if it would ruin the graphics. If I understand correctly, CRK will not re-finish a handle with a different finish than the original.

Also, would doing something like that void the warranty? I know I would have to ask CRK direct to get the official word, but I am interested in your opinions.

Changing anything will void the warranty if CRK doesn't do the change. I've done many things to my Seb handles. Most recently sandblasting. The sandblasting is a wonderful finish. It would probably destroy the colors of your graphics though as they are just surface level oxidations that can be blasted off.
