Mr. Prisco,
On February 13th of this year, I sent American Tomahawk Company a check for $310.00. As specified in the order letter, the funds were for 1 RR spike hawk and 1 polled hawk, plus shipping. Shortly thereafter, I received a package from ATC containing 1 RR spike hawk and 1 RR light infantry hawk. After discussing the error with you, I paid to have the RR light infantry hawk returned to you. The agreement was that when the Polled hawk became available over the next few months, you would ship my order out to me.
Mr. Prisco, it has been almost four months since our last communication. On 7/14/01, you responded to an e-mail from me inquiring about the polled hawk. Since then, I have sent three e-mails and none of them have received responses from you. I have asked that you allow me to apply the $150 I paid for the polled hawk towards another ATC hawk. You have not responded to those requests.
At this juncture, I have decided that lack of communication is unacceptable and I am requesting that you send a refund check to me in the amount of $150. The refund will be for un-fulfilled polled hawk order.
