a few months ago i scored a couple of apprentice busse's. i sent them off to have a refurb job and bring them back to snuff.

then another friend did some engraving on them.

after being passed around and all fixed up i finally got them in the mail today.

i was drinking a mich ultra as i opened the box and....

SURPRISE!

the smaller one attacked my fricking beer!!!

i've had rats fight before but this was scary!!!

i'm going to keep this baby on my deck and under control.

beer is no longer safe in my home!!

Darn it! It's always the slow one in the pack that gets taken down first!!!! Poor Bastid!

(Of course they're always the best tasting of the herd as well!)

Super cool! Any chance of letting us know where we can get something like that done?? Skunk, I swear, you have too much cool stuff :D Just give me a few years and I'll see if I can match about HALF of it ;):p :D

as far as i know i believe it was a apprentice knife. it look like a wheel about the size of a fifty cent peice was used to grind the curved choil/opener.

when i first saw it in a pile of knives i thought i had found a busse with double blade catches!!

the beer opener is way better:D

I'm pretty sure that ULTRA got "dry gulched". ;) LOL

Okay Ian, I can't take much more! Who makes this XXXX and where do I find it?

I'm a thirsty guy and am afraid that I might dehydrate without the proper beer!  :D ;)

It’s a recipe brewed in Queensland since 1878, and guaranteed to coagulate the dust of the top end.
Endorsed by at least two thousand boundary riders and saddle bums from the Northern Territory to the Queensland border. (And a few drovers as well)

Not very well accepted in other states, in fact the local bottle shop gets it in for me as there are no others he knows of in New South Wales who drinks it…

Only goes to prove that the north of Australia is far more palatially advanced than the south.

I hope this helps.:D :D

Those are sweet Skunk. You have a knack for the obtaining the rare pices, that is for sure.

No kiddin'! We were recently contacted by the Idaho Department of Energy concerning an enormous nuclear powered electro-magnet that, not surprisingly, is located in Skunk's backyard! It is apparently aimed at Wauseon, Ohio and has been tuned to exclusively attract INFI. Not to worry though. . . we are currently fashioning an INFI bumper to fit on our shop truck! Just wait 'til that puppy gets picked up and heads toward the potato state!!!! It ought to make a crater out of that INFI magnet!:D

I hope it is not anywhere the house.....Mrs. Skunk might not like that infi bumper in or around her living room!!!
