Refurbish a Bernard Sparks Knife

I came across a Sparks knife lieing unloved in the back of a garage. From the info I have gleaned off the web, it looks like his early work. It has a couple of nicks in the blade and no sheath. I want to put it back to work. I am looking for someone to do a minimum regrind on the blade edge to take out the nicks and a basic sheath that will keep me from losing it while hunting.
