Regal / Marlin pocket knives

I saw a card of Regal / Marlin knives at the hardware store. If I remember , they were $15 each. Is this an ok price? What is the quality like?
 
never heard of them. fifteen dollars doesnt seem like all that much as these things go. buy one and tell us what you think.
