Regarding gold membership drive with knife

Hello, I upgraded to gold during the gold membership drive and I was supposed to recieve a knife for upgrading
I asked about a month ago and Spark replied that he thought it had gone out
I havent recieved anything, other than the KITH knife which was sent at about the same time, maybe im just worrying a bit much, but is there any way of checking on this?

Was it only for those who upgraded during that period, or also renewed? Thanks.
 
Did you pay with paypal?
 
It's possible that it was seized by customs - I see you are in canada. Regardless, we'll get you another one.
 
Appreciated, but give it a few weeks, it might still show
my concern came from getting the kith knife which i think was sent after this one
It got me thinking

Just wanted to update on this, as of yet no knife, is there any way of finding out where it is?
I really dont like the idea of being sent another if the one already sent is going to show up eventually, but i was really looking forward to recieving it

If the CBSA seized the knife you will have received a letter from them saying so and giving you the option of forfeiting the knife for destruction or sending it back to the sender. If you haven't received such a letter it could just be lost in the mail.

Tracking might only show that it made it as far as Canada. Deliver Confirmation numbers are often confused with tracking, they only serve to verify delivery within the US (as far as I know). The only logistics companies that use real tracking are UPS and FedEx, again as far as I know. Have you called your customs office to inquire about the package? Might be worth a shot.
 
Let us know what they say, make sure you write down the person's name that you speak with (helps to keep a record of sorts).
 
And I'm out of remoras at this point, sooooo I'll have to order some in from my wholesaler and get another out to you. Sorry about this mang :(
 
I called Canada customs, and Canada post, and neither could offer any assitance without a tracking #
 
If you don't want to wait for another remora, I do have some alternate knives I can do. We've got some ESEE Arrowheads and some Kershaw items as well.

If you have sent it, and its being held or lost thats fine
