Hello
In another thread (questions about Ivan Campos) I said that I was almost sure I would stop making the chisel ground, stock removal knives I have become known for recently.
Well, I have been thinking a lot about it about since I posted that and decided to not only keep making them but also change radically my approach to this business as you will see when my new website is up, what should happen in the next days.
Some of the changes are:
The site will have two parts: stock removal blades (my Pocket Sword line) and forged blades (one of a kind availabile on a first-come, first-serve basis)
Once the Gen 1 blades are gone, there will be no more. From now on I'll be mostly working on the Gen2 styled slimmer, lighter blades.
My standard blade materials will be CPM S30V (wich is already on its way to Brazil) and K-100 (yes, I got it in a thinner stock!)
From now on, each blade I will make will be serial numbered (global, not per model) and will bear my logo - I would change the logo but everybody seems to like it... - I'll start from 001 and for this matter will not consider the knives I have made so far.
Also, I'll be adding some new models to the line in the next days, including the Tricorne.
For those of you who e-mailed me with your suggestions and encouragement, thanks a lot.
