Register

Go to options on your tapatalk then Web view. Open in browser and you will see a tab on the Web forum that says paid member or something of that nature. Click it and it will give you the option to pay for a gold or higher membership
 
May be stupid, but I may have registered before on that website, how will I know if I am a paid member, how can I tell, I know that sounds stupid.

You need a Basic membership to post a trade thread,
a Gold membership to sell what you've bought,
a Knifemaker membership for what you have made,
or a Dealer membership if you sell for others.

Once you pay for your membership, go back to Paid Subscriptions to see when it takes effect. PayPal costs more and takes longer to go through. Credit card payments are automated.

Then go to Settings (upper right)
then to Permission Groups (left side)
then select your correct membership level.

I suggest browsing the FEEDBACK forum at the top of the Exchange, especially the stickies, for problems to watch out for. Browse the forums you are most likely to post in or buy from:, Dealer, Knifemaker, or Individual, to see how members communicate.
 
I am the one that was trying to register under knifdude71 and aubtgr71 and found my membership as dixieblade28, now if someone can tell me if this is paid, I will be in business
 
After 3rd account I am trying to figure out if this account is a paid 1, if not I want to make it 1. I am sorry for all the trouble [emoji19]
 
First and foremost, multiple accounts are not allowed. So if you have any others you "forgot" about, please post them up. They will likely get banned or combined into one single account. You don't have a paid account until you have the ability to send and receive a private message. As far as how to register, you have that covered already, 3 times over it seems. NO more accounts are necessary, we need to figure out what is going on with the first 3 before we start introducing even more. Also, why do you have a whole different email address for each account? This is a bit beyond the norm. Do you have a paypal transaction number that shows you paid for a membership? Do you remember the exact date? Help us help you.

The biggest problem with tapatalk is that it creates all new accounts on the forums that it is used on if not done carefully. That looks like what has happened here. You already have an account, so until this mess gets straightened out don't go making any more accounts of tinkering with it. This is yet another reason why I hate that app and just surf the forums with a browser.

I think we are sight of getting this cleared up. RevDevil is right about Tapatalk generating accounts from email addresses. Be very careful using it.
