Registered user in knife makers for sale area

I just noticed this post when i got home from work tonight. it says they are a registered user and has a knife for sale in the knife makers for sale area. here is the post. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=562161

He has a paid membership but hasn't changed his usergroup status yet. You can tell this by clicking on his name, if it allows PMs, then you know he has some level of paid membership.
Many people seem to overlook that this change is no longer done automatically.
