Registered users and starting a WTB thread?

The rules say registered users can start a WTB thread, I just tried and there is no button to create a new thread visible. Is this no longer an option for non-paying members?

I just checked and there looks to be a handful of Registered Users with threads on the first couple of pages of WTB: Knives.

Make sure that you are going into the actual sub forums for WTB: Knives or WTB: Gadgets and Gear to post a new thread. If you're just in the general WTB forum you wont see a post new thread button.
